  • There are multiple affinity groups at Midd that you may identify with and are safe spaces where you can have honest and open discussions with peers about any stressors in your life. You can browse them on go/middlink
  • ​go/middlink also has clubs like yoga, swing dancing, and the mountain club that encourage you to get active and go outdoors, which are proven methods to decrease stress and release endorphins! 
  • MiddSafe Advocates is a 24-hour student-run hotline that allows you to talk with someone anything or give you information in a safe environment. You can also arrange to meet someone in person.

  • myhealthyvt.org offers emotional wellness help for those in the state of Vermont that offers workshops and assistance to anyone dealing with a mental health challenge.
